We will soon be launching a new app with significant revenue potential. This app was inspired by ideas from our user acquisition and sales team leaders who identified an untapped market opportunity. Initially, we planned to expand our existing app, but we realized it had even greater potential as a standalone app. This decision highlights the importance of integrating diverse perspectives within a company and valuing employee ideas for innovation and growth. To encourage strategic thinking, we are engaging employees in a thought experiment during a conference in January, asking them to prioritize initiatives and consider the long-term impact and cost of their ideas. We are also investing in onboarding and education to provide employees with a deeper understanding of our business model and strategic direction. By prioritizing the most feasible and impactful ideas and fostering mutual trust, we aim to create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
