Krispy Kreme doughnuts are coming to McDonald's

McDonald’s is partnering with Krispy Kreme to offer three types of donuts at its restaurants later this year. The donuts, including original glazed, chocolate iced with sprinkles, and chocolate iced ‘kreme’ filled, will be available for purchase individually or in packs of six. The partnership aims to expand both brands, but it carries risks, including potential backlash from franchise owners and dilution of brand names. McDonald’s has been facing affordability concerns and plans to cut prices on some menu items. Krispy Kreme is celebrating the partnership by giving away free glazed donuts to customers visiting its locations.
