America’s largest bowling alley operator is undergoing a major transformation. Following the acquisition of the Lucky Strike brand last year, the company is shifting its focus beyond the bowling industry. The Chief Executive, Tom Shannon, recognized a lack of additional large bowling chains to acquire, prompting a strategic pivot.

Bowlero is formally rebranding to Lucky Strike Entertainment. This new name reflects the company’s pivot from being “very bowling centric” toward expanding into family entertainment centers and water parks. By distancing from its original bowling-focused identity, Lucky Strike Entertainment aims to broaden its appeal and market presence.
