Past Lives builds livelihoods for marginalized artisans and formerly incarcerated

Past Lives, a Southeast Portland makers' space, occupies a 26,000 square foot building in Southeast Portland. The ground floor has industrial space that includes a full wood shop and metal casting and machining as well as ceramics.

The fine arts are located upstairs. This includes painting, sculpture, machine embroidery and leatherwork, as well as 3D printing. Members can also rent private art spaces for storage or workspace.
