Corbeau Wine Bar opens in metro area entertainment district
The new wine bar taproom, Corbeau, has opened in the Trussville Entertainment District. The wine bar offers a selection of wines from around the world, as well as a variety of small plates.

Corbeau is a new wine-bar taproom that has opened up in the Trussville entertainment district.
According to The Trussville Tribune, the spot was created by sisters Mary and Elizabeth Martin for wine lovers and features more than 45 different types of wine available on tap, as well as more than 100 bottles of various varieties.
160 Morrow Ave., Trussville, has a bar that also offers food such as charcuterie.
The owners of Instagram explained that Mark Martin and John Martin are originally from Miami Florida. John and his wife Mary moved to Trussville, Alabama in 2013! Mark and Elizabeth, Mary's younger sister, soon followed. They became residents of Trussville in 2016. Elizabeth came up with the idea of a wine bar that offers a variety of services. The talks started in 2021 and we're now on the brink of turning the dream into reality by 2022.
This new wine bar is part of an influx of activity in the eastern part the metro area. Steele Hall Brewing has opened in Trussville’s entertainment district. The brewery is located at 227 Main St. in Trussville, the Quad One development. This was previously Slag Heap Brewing Co. Top Notch Cafe and Catering, located at 6204 Main St. (the former Springville Cafe location), has opened in nearby Springville. Trussville will also be getting a new Mexican restaurant this year.
